Please sponsor me ! I am raising money for Brainwave , a centre that aims to unlock a child potential. My nephew and godson Luke was born at 26 weeks . He battled through and spent his first 5 months in hospital. He is now a happy, giggly little boy and at 4 years old about to start full time school. He attends the brainwave centre twice a year for therapy for his cerebral palsy and the exercises he learns there are put into practise each day by his mummy and daddy. His medal at sports days made him and us all very proud! Please give generously !
