Team Lords will be cycling from London to Brighton on Wednesday 3rd July to raise money for Surrey Docks Farm. This is a wonderful charitable city farm that we have used many of our volunteering days at. Surrey Docks Farm is an invaluable resource for the local community across all age groups. It's a full working farm in the heart of the financial district that is completely free to visit. The farm provides weekly Youth Clubs for over 80 young people every weekend; offers sessions for elderly people; adults with learning disabilities; and hosts a rehabilitative carpentry programme for people leaving the justice system, among other programmes. The route from London to Brighton is very challenging, with hills and real roads to navigate!! Lucy M, Sarah, Sam, Jocelyn and Sharal will be cycling, and one lucky individual will hopefully be pulling me in a carriage. ZOOM ZOOM
