Welcome Home: a cooperation between the St. Vincent de Paul Society (Westminster Cathedral), the Passage Day Centre and Hostel for Homeless People and the Cardinal Hume Centre and Hostel for Homeless Young People to help their clients and others settle into new homes with material support, befriending and mentoring. Working closely with the St Vincent de Paul Community Shop in Hackney.
