Staff of Starter Packs Glasgow have decided to run this years Great Glasgow Run 10K on Sunday 1st October 2017 in order to raise money for and awareness of what we do at Starter Packs. We have set our target for £1000 as this will allow us to purchase enough 13.5tog quilts to cover around three months worth of our packs this winter. If we are lucky enough to beat that target, we'll be able to buy other items for the packs that we desperately need. With an average of 60 packs going out each month, helping around 80-100 people, we do get through an awful lot of items, and as a team, we wanted to make an effort to do something a bit different, and hopefully help raise a bit of a fund towards the large amount of duvets that we will need to buy to make up this winter's packs.
