I am a Royal Air Force bursar from Typhoon Squadron at Loughborough University and the Defence Technical Undergraduate Scheme. This year Typhoon Squadron is embarking on a trip to Kenya from July 11th to August 5th in support of the Nakuru Childrens Project and to provide engineering support for 3 construction projects; a sheltered playing area for the Nakuru Sitting Volleyball Club, a multi-purpose classroom/ changing room for the local community and a sanitation block for the previously mentioned projects. The Nakuru Childrens Project is a small organisation dedicated to relieving poverty and improving education for children in Nakuru, where we are visiting. The project works closely with the Nakuru Workers Primary School and also respond to the local needs of the community. Please donate as much as you can to help the Nakuru Children's Project here.
