So on August 16th I'll be lacing up my trainers and joining thousands of others at the Birmingham NEC for The Color Run 5K! Along with my fellow Team Flappy Bird girlies Gina, Terri & Lauren, I'll be starting off in my bright white t-shirt, and finishing multi-coloured as we get blasted by powder paint all round the course! With the help of you lovely people, I'm hoping to raise as much as I possibly can for the British Heart Foundation. After losing my dad to heart failure this year, it's a charity so close to my heart. Currently there's no cure for heart failure, but the amazing work they do will hopefully make it possible in the future. So although 5k isn't that far, your donations will go so much further to help continue the pioneering research the British Heart Foundation do. Your donations will really help an amazing charity, and also help my little paint splattered legs go faster!
