I was fat, then I got fitter, now I'm heading back the other way again (I haven't run more than a mile for more than six months). I've entered the Berlin Marathon to challenge myself to get fit again, but also to raise money that will genuinely change the lives of people with Autism.
I'm covering all of my race costs etc. so you aren't paying for my place and my employer is matching all sponsorship up to 500 (making 1000 in total), so 5 sponsorship would mean 10 to the NAS (12.50 with Gift-Aid).
5 is less than two pints; if 100 people give up two pints that's 1000, which would pay for more than fifteen people to receive regular support for a year.
Please dig deep and sponsor, it really will make a difference.
Thanks,
Ben
