I'm running this 10k on the 25th of July, and would desperately appreciate any little you can put towards this brilliant charity we are running for, whether £20, £10, or £5 or even a £1, the money will be going directly to the kids in Sri Lanka and the brilliant services the tea project offer. The Tea Project is a brilliant grass roots based charity setup by Rachael Ireton and Carl Gale. The charity is engaged in helping young vulnerable children in Sri Lanka to help through training, empowerment and awareness programmes that stimulate learning, develop prospects and increase life chances.
