I’ve decided to throw myself in the deep end (pun intended) and challenge myself to swim the distance of the English Channel which is 22 miles and do this within 60 days. I can only go swimming 3/4 times a week so I need to do roughly 2.5 miles a week, which will be a challenge!! I’ll be raising money for reach across which is a local charity which raises awareness and provides support for those struggling with their mental health, they do amazing work in the community and I’d love to see this continue so always raise money when I can!
