Back at the start of February a band of non-running heroes united and took on the challenge of running a 5k race within 8 weeks. Training has been going well and the positivity emanating from the group is palpable. The target is a Parkrun on March 30th, (further details to follow on where this will be) and your support would be much appreciated. If you would like to sponsor this group of intrepid non-runner, runners that would be fantastic. As well as recognising their amazing achievement you will be supporting the Friends of Rode and Norton Schools who are raising much needed funds to provide the best possible education for the local children.
