About
This year I will be 53 years old. I had a hip replacement in December 2023 to add to my already bionic back. My daughter left home in 2023 to go travelling and it's left me with a feeling that I need to step outside of my comfort zone and do something new. Being a huge Strictly fan, having the opportunity to learn to dance with a professional dancer and all whilst raising money to support a charity that has a positive impact on the local community ticks all of those boxes. + Dance - with it's magical power to unite people from all walks of life + Community - like minded people coming together to make a difference to those around them + Charity - the opportunity to support organisations that understand the importance of creating a compassionate society My organisation is The People Choreographer. If I was traditional I would be called an HR Consultant. But with a mission to disrupt tradition and create inclusive workplace communities, I prefer to call myself a People Choreographer. It struck me whilst watching Strictly Come Dancing (I love Strictly) that if organisations treated their staff the same way that Strictly taught people to dance, workplaces would be much better places. Putting people front and centre, and adapting to their requirements. And that is what I bring to the work I do supporting predominantly charities, and other organisations that understand the importance of putting their people first. I would really appreciate your support in sponsoring me as I 'quickstep' outside of my comfort zone and undertake my own strictly journey.
