This June I am part of a team completing the Race the Sun challenge in the Brecon Beacons. We start at dawn and the aim is to complete a 50 mile bike ride, climb pen-y-fan, and canoe a reservoir, finishing as a team before dusk. This is all to raise money for Action Medical Research, a charity that supports projects aimed at improving healthcare for children, so its a great cause.
