My Uncle Andy was diagnosed with ALL (Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia) in 2012. Unfortunately he lost his battle in February this year.
I am climbing Mount Kilimanjaro in August and would like to take it as an opportunity to raise money for a charity which supported my Uncle.
The Anthony Nolan charity is a charity for blood cancer and bone marrow transplants, without this charity my Uncle Andy would not had been give the best possible chance of fighting the leukaemia, it provided him and the family with hope.
Any donations as little or as large as they may be will all be gratefully received. This really means so much more than giving money it means giving hope and giving life.
Additionally if you are aged between 16 and 30 you may also wish to join the register to donate blood stem cells or bone marrow, you can simply click the link below to take you to the registration page.
