The expedition I'm going on a high altitude bike ride of over 200km through the Atlas Mountains. I'll depart from Demnate on 8th June, and pedal into La Cathdrale on 12th June, cycling up to 8 hours each day. This ride will take me through the central peaks of the Mgoun Massif and the Ait Bou Goumez Valley and across mountain passes. The charity I'd be delighted if you can make a donation to JDRF. JDRF is the type 1 diabetes charity. They fund research to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes. My brother has diabetes, so I know what a difference it will make when a cure is found one day. JDRF is at the forefront of type 1 diabetes developments, funding research projects around the globe. This has helped lead to improved treatments and a better understanding of the condition that will help find the cure. Finding the cure for type 1 diabetes is just a matter of time and money.
