Inspired by our sister/daughter Stephs fortitude and determination to get on with life and her career in spite of having Ulcerative Colitis, Nick and Liz are running in The London 10,000 on 25 May 2014 to raise money for Crohns and Colitis UK. Steph was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis 3 years ago. She will take medication every day for the rest of her life. So far the medication has kept her well for longish periods but she has also suffered with the debilitating symptoms of the disease requiring extra medication and treatment in hospital. Crohns and Colitis UK have been a very useful source of information and support. It also funds research in order to try to find a cure for this condition. Your support is much appreciated
