On the 20th of May, I am running in the Manchester 10k to raise money for the Kaleidoscope Project. The project supports people who suffer with mental health and addiction. The project holds a firm place in my heart as it has changed the life of someone very close to me. Through this, it has changed my life too. £10 can cover the cost of a one-to-one therapy session, or the medication needed to treat a drug or alcohol user for a day. For the price of a couple of coffees, you could help to change someone's life.
