Magnetic North is a compass for creative change. We develop and produce stylish, articulate and individual new performance work. Our successful and long running multi-artform artist development programme has supported more than 350 individual career artists to explore new avenues in their work.

Our innovative Artist Employee role gives a freelance artist the opportunity to spend 12 months as part of the company, giving them the security to develop a new project while learning about how a small arts organisation works.
