Helen Garlick and Tim Rice with their superstar dog Ziggy Stardust and his Mum Pippin are promising to walk the length of Britain from Lands End to John O'Groats starting in May 2023 to raise awareness about how to stop the biggest killer of men under 48 and women under 34 in the UK. We will be walking and stopping to talk and share stories to magnify the power of connection and communication.
