Kyla Booth-Lucking is raising £100 for The Ellie Thornton Foundation
About
I'm running my first 10k race in the Brighton 10k on Sun 10 April 22. I'd love to raise some funds in memory of the lovely Ellie Thornton to keep me motivated in the training and to keep me going through my first ever race and maybe get a PB 1.5 years after starting from couch to 5k. Ellie loved going to theme parks, Ellie wanted to help children whose families face challenges to accessing the fun, and wanted to help. The Ellie Thornton Foundation gives Ellie Day grants in her name. This initiative was created to meet Ellie’s ambition to help other children enjoy family days out, especially the brothers and sisters of children with additional needs. Ellie was adamant that we need to help all children access the fun. The fund is set up in her name and in her spirit of fun and adventure. Thank you for visiting our Givey page.
