I once stupidly said that I would 'do' the Great North RunI'm a great believer in doing what I say so here I am..one week away from running a half marathon. This has been a big effort for me... those that know me know that I'm not a natural born runner! I'm running for charity and I promise this will be my one and only fundraising event.. so if you are able to support me with your hard earned cash that would be terrific. Who would have thought a couch to 5k app could have got me running 13 mileswell here's hoping. Karen xx
