I'm cycling from Studley to Weymouth at the end of April to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. Jordan Smith sadly passed away on 27 June 2015. Jordan’s short life was filled with happiness & love, challenges, hospital appointments, swimming, cycling, skiing & running, with triathlons in his sights. He was all set to start his sports course at college & ultimately be a ski instructor. Following a massive heart operation in March, he was making a marvellous recovery until June, when he took a turn for the worse & was taken within a few days. Jordan was so unbelievably strong & brave. Jordan planned a cycle ride from Studley to his grandparents’ house in Weymouth for June 2016. Jordan had already plotted the route & planned to do the 150 mile ride in one day! We are going to do Jordan’s ride, in his memory , arriving in Weymouth to celebrate his 17 birthday.
