On Saturday 2nd July I chopped off all of my hair for charities leaving just an inch of hair on my head. The 6 thick strands of approximately 16" hair cut off was donated to The Little Princess Trust who make wigs out of real hair completely free of charge for children and young people that have lost their hair through cancer treatments or other conditions. I am also taking donations for MISS - Miscarriage Support Services who are the only early pregnancy loss charity in the North East of Scotland. MISS work with women and men around Scotland to help them feel supported after miscarriage. They have dedicated teams who work within the males only MISSter, pregnancy after loss and a different pathway including adoption, fostering and IVF, so that nobody ever has to feel alone.
