I'm jogging the Bath Half marathon on Sunday. Eek! I've chosen 2 charities that mean an awful lot to us: 'Birth Reflections' was set up in name of Jill Cunniffe, an amazing midwife whose daughter works at The Makery. Birth Reflections is an extremely valuable counselling service for parents who have suffered trauma during childbirth. And 'Sands' offers help and support to bereaved parents and their families. Sands helped me personally so very much when baby Millie died, so this is to thank them and help others who are as lost as I was.
