I am going to attempt to ride from Portsmouth to CAPs head office in Bradford, a total of 280 miles!! I will be riding with Sam Hanson, debt coach from Southsea, and we will be aiming to complete the challenge in 4 days, stopping at other CAP centres along the way. To be honest I am really dreading this, Im going to be without my wife and daughter, I am pretty unfit and I know I am going to feel sore afterwards!! So why am I doing it. Well I have been working for Christians Against Poverty now for 5 years. I think it is an incredible charity that I have seen first hand help a ridculous amount of individuals and families out of debt. We have so many thankful clients whos lives have been transformed through this charity. I would love to raise 3000 for CAP. Half for the head office and half for our Southampton centre. Martin Lewis from Money Saving Expert says Im a massive fan of CAP. I wish I could send everyone to CAP, because I know how good you are, but Id swamp your resources. The money raised will go towards helping more people and helping transform many more lives in Southampton and the rest of the UK.
