My extremely committed and appreciated friend, Pitbull (AKA John Shuttlewood) is to join me once again for this year's event - the Hever Castle Olympic triathlon on 28th September: - 1500m swim in the Castle lake - 40km hilly bike ride - 10km hilly trail run This is going to be pretty tough so I beg you to dig deep once again and help us raise some serious cash. Now a slight twist: for any donations of 20 or more we will write your message on any exposed skin we have using a permanent marker.
