On the 14th September 2014 I will be doing the longest toughest bike ride of my life. Ive entered the Etape Cymru (Welsh Stage), Britains toughest road closed cycle sportive. It takes in 85 miles of the some of the most challenging roads in Britain and I only bought my first ever road bike last winter. The route starts and finishes in Wrexham and passes through the Clwydian Range (an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and Dee Valley area with stunning scenery.
