Vanessa lyons was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy at 32 yrs old..for 12 years she recieved unstinting care at the freeman hospital then on 4th august 2014 she underwent a heart transplant..unfortunatly vanessa never made it home and passed away 4 days later. Vanessa left behind 3 beautiful girls and a lot of family and friends devastated by loosing such a bright and positive character. Her wishes prior to the transplant were to help the FHLTA raise money..so we are carrying out her wishes. Shine bright in the sky ness..we love you So on 17th october the sky dive is going ahead
