I had a great run on 7th September at The Great North Run. It was the furthest I've ever run and about an hour longer than I've ever run too. I didn't hit my target time by a long way because it was way more busy than I expected but even so it was a great event. I'll be running in the Bradford City Run at the end of October to see what my proper race time is :) I'm supporting the YAA as it does fantastic work providing a life saving service across the region for everyone from motorists and ramblers to mountain bikers and climbers.
