As you're all aware Chloe has Cystic fibrosis. It is a life threatening genetic condition in which the lungs and digestive system become clogged with thick sticky mucus. For Chloe's christening present we are asking for donations to the cystic fibrosis trust to help find a cure and extend the lives of thousands of people.
