In December last year my 92 year old Gran suffered a Heart attack. She had to stay in hospital for 5 days following a small operation but now feels like she has been given a new lease of life!! 2014 also marks 10 years since my Dad underwent open heart surgery so supporting the British Heart foundation is close to my heart. On 7th February I will be joining many people across the UK in 'Ramp up the Red' day. I will be wearing my red heart onesie and slippers to work for the day and also holding a Love and Heart themed bake competition in the LM Academy followed by a cake sale.
