I’m Eliana and I’m raising money for Ripple Africa who I am volunteering for in the summer in Malawi. To help raise money we are organising a talent show at school and also taking part in the London Bridges Walk where we will be walking from Putney Bridge to Tower Bridge, crossing every bridge on route. Ripple Africa runs many schools in Malawi and have helped the communities conserve over 340 sq. km of forest. They have planted over 21 million trees and conserved the fish along 736km of lakeshore. Ripple Africa have also built a local health dispensary and are working with 125,000 households to provide them all with a fuel efficient cookstove. Your donation, whatever size, can greatly help the community of Malawi. Just £5 can feed a child at school for a month. £10 can support a disabled child with therapy for a month. £25 can send 5 children to pre-school for a month. £50 can plant 200 trees and protect 600 trees in a forest.
