Stroke can strike at any age. It devastates younger people: one day fit and well, the next disabled; often with children to support; and suddenly unable to work and earn a living. We provide free information and services relevant to children and adults of working age throughout the UK, catering for all the disabilities, issues and problems caused by stroke. 35,000 people under 65 have a stroke each year we help them make the best possible physical and psychological recovery and lead fulfilled lives.
