Emily Armstrong is raising £75 for The Stroke Association
About
On Saturday 18th October I'll be doing a zipline across the River Tyne in Newcastle to raise money for sufferers of a stroke. I've chosen to do this because now that I'm working full-time, I've had to stop volunteering with a Stroke Association support group and I wanted to finish with something big! All the money you donate will go towards supporting people recovering from a stroke. This may be things like learning to communicate again, exercise groups to improve mobility, and social groups to prevent isolation and misery. I've already paid money to cover the event costs, so donations go to stroke sufferers, not me.
