Our COVID 19 appeal is raising funds to repair water harvesting structures to provide water for remote, rural communities in north west India. The work will be done by employing local people - most of whom currently have no income - enabling them to feed themselves and their families in this challenging time. The work done to the structures includes pond de-silting, land rejuvenation and well repairing. These works will enables the communities to catch and store the monsoon rains (due in July and August) ensuring water for the year ahead.
