Deputy Mayor of Basildon, Cllr Yetunde Adeshile, is taking part in Basildon Council's Backside to Trackside programme to raise money for the Mayor's Charity Trust.

The nine-week programme includes guided physical activity and training for a 5k run later in the year - supporting all levels of ability and experience.

The Mayors Charity Trust's chosen good causes for 2022/23 are The Listening Post C.I.C and Changing Pathways.
