almost 8 years Challenge Completed!!! The weather wasn't kind to us - too hot. Eleven of the twelve that set off managed to complete the full distance which was an amazing achievement. Alison managed 2 of the peaks but as Meat Loaf said "two out of three ain't bad!" -

almost 8 years Two weeks to go and things are getting serious! All the new boots need to be broken in and we are starting to think about kit lists...The mini bus has been booked with an early pick up from Manchester planned on Saturday 17th. -

8y Training update April 2017. A select group covered 4.2 miles and climbed 442 feet in around 1 hour 12 minutes. Given that the Challenge is 24 miles and over 5,000 feet of climbing, we have some way to go but you have to start somewhere! -
