As someone who likes a challenge, a 26.2 mile run through the centre of London sounded right up my street. However, when I found out that I would be joined by 35,000 other people in this year's London Marathon, I decided to up the stakes a little and perhaps gain some extra cash for charity. Hence, I propose to do my absolute hardest to run the race in under 3 hours ... that's 26 miles at around 6.5 minutes per mile... and hopefully finish in the top 1,000.
Now, that's worth a donation isn't it?
