This year for my 30th birthday I am gifting myself a massive challenge! I am taking on 3 races in 3 days for my 30th at Run the Blades on the 19th-21st July. This will include my first ultramarathon and my first multi day running experience and will total about 50 miles so I know it won’t be easy and I have just 8 weeks to train for it. So this year in place of birthday cards and gifts I am asking for you to consider giving a few pennies to Reach Across.
