About
This June, Rachel and Jan Lawrence, Aaron Pitson and Tom Merritt will be cycling 100km through London's streets to raise money for the charity Lifeblood, in memory of Richard Lawrence, who suddenly passed away in October 2013.
Devastatingly, the Lawrence family found out the hard way how little is known about thrombosis. The charity Lifeblood aim to increase awareness and education of thrombosis, improve prevention of hospital-acquired clots and raise awareness amongst health professionals, health professional students and the public of the symptoms and signs of thrombosis.
Nightrider is a unique 100km moonlit ride past Londons iconic landmarks and raising funds for charity.
Richard was a sports enthusiast, and Nightrider seems like a fitting challenge to try to raise as much funds as possible in his name for a worthy cause.
Thank you :o) #cycleforrichard
