Thank you for visiting my Givey page for the Great North Run taking which took place on Sunday 11th September 2022. I'm ran for the fantastic charity Spirit of Africa who do amazing work caring for children without families and providing education for young children in South Africa. So I'll be running 21km in September 22 and it'll be my 23rd attempt at the race. Last year I almost got under 2 hours... In training I was at 2 hours 5 to 2 hours 10 pace and your support spurred me on to finish in 2 hours 5 minutes and 48 seconds. thankyou for giving as much as you can to Spirit of Africa.
