We’re holding a 5k sponsored run (or jog, walk, scoot) to raise PTA funds for our school on Saturday 25th June in Gunnersbury Park at 9am. The run will be alongside the ParkRun, where runners (and walkers) of all abilities meet every Saturday for a fun 5k course. Everyone can take part – Mums, Dads, nursery children to Yr6s, people pushing prams, grannies and grandads , dogs, dinner ladies – even teachers! (Children under the age of 12 must be accompanies by an adult.) You don’t need to be a runner – you can jog or walk the course – and there is no time limit to complete it. But if you want to, you can register with ParkRun and get an official 5k time. There will be medals and goody bags for everyone taking part. Entry is £5 for adults and free for children. RUNNERS - you can pay the £5 entry fee here, but please make sure you give your details to the school office so we can send you information on the event SPONSORS - thank-you for your kind donation - we really appreciate it. Please note that a 5% fee is charged on top of any donation that you make - this means that Good Shepherd gets the whole amount that you pledge (other fundraising websites charge 5% from the donation you make).
