I have witnessed first-hand the devastating effects of Parkinson's Disease and the symptoms that go hand in hand. I sadly lost my father in law in January 2019 who put up a long and hard fight against Parkinson's. I have chosen to support Parkinson's Care and Support UK because they work on the grounds to help people living with Parkinson's Disease, so that they can have a better quality of life. They fund specialist exercise classes across the UK, home physiotherapy and respite care for carers as well as fund non-pharmaceutical research to find better treatments and hopefully a cure. I'll be running The Chicago Marathon (Sunday 13th October 2019), The New York Marathon (Sunday 3rd October 2019) and The Paris Marathon (Sunday 5th April 2020).
