About
Last year 4 parents helped to raise over £4,500 for Kentish Town CoE Primary school and it's Autistic Resource Base with our 45 mile walk along sections of the Pilgrims Way. One of the things that we all love about Kentish Town Primary School is the diversity of its community, meaning our kids grow to understand the benefits and beauty of difference. The school receives extra funding to provide for children with autism, who have a wide range of strengths and needs. As the school has added additional spaces more Autistic pupils to attend the school we are seeking additional funding to support their needs. This is obviously an expensive undertaking and wouldn’t be covered by government money alone and that’s why the Friends and Parents of KTS are stepping in to try and raise money again to help. There is now a larger group of walkers and we want to surpass the total from last year as we walk the South Downs way for 42 miles on the weekend of the 18th and 19th of May.
